At WTrade Furniture, product returns are allowed under certain conditions. Returns must be made within 10 days of product arrival. Any and all transportation costs required to bring the furniture back to our store are to be paid for by the buyer. The item must be in the same condition it was picked up/delivered in. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. Mattresses, bedding, and customized furniture cannot be returned. Used furniture is sold as-is and cannot be returned.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to our order commitment to manufacturers.
Please understand, our return policy allows us to have the most competitive prices in the industry.
Note: these terms do not apply to items that arrive damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to repair or replace it as quickly as possible.
