Return Policy

At WTrade Furniture, product returns are allowed under certain conditions. Returns must be made within 10 days of product arrival. Any and all transportation costs required to bring the furniture back to our store are to be paid for by the buyer. The item must be in the same condition it was picked up/delivered in. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Store credit will be issued for the remaining amount within 5 days of product return. Mattresses, bedding, and customized furniture cannot be returned. Used furniture is sold as-is and cannot be returned.
